Les objectifs principaux sont de représenter les adresses et les entités géographiques auxquelles elles se réfèrent, en tenant compte de leur dimension spatio-temporelle, et d’intégrer, normaliser, apparier et fusionner ces données fragmentaires. Pour ce faire, la thèse s’appuie sur un graphe de connaissances et une ontologie, PeGazUs, dédiés à la description des entités géographiques et de leurs évolutions spatio-temporelles. Elle propose également une méthode de peuplement du graphe, qui, en plus d’intégrer les données provenant de sources variées, permet de générer de nouvelles connaissances afin de reconstituer l’état du territoire à chaque instant et pour chaque entité géographique considérée, et ainsi suivre leur évolution au fil du temps. Elle propose enfin une approche d'évaluation originale pour évaluer l'algorithme de peuplement proposé, en l'absence de vérité terrain. Les objectifs principaux sont de représenter les adresses et les entités géographiques auxquelles elles se réfèrent, en tenant compte de leur dimension spatio-temporelle, et d’intégrer, normaliser, apparier et fusionner ces données fragmentaires. Pour ce faire, la thèse s’appuie sur un graphe de connaissances et une ontologie, PeGazUs, dédiés à la description des entités géographiques et de leurs évolutions spatio-temporelles. Elle propose également une méthode de peuplement du graphe, qui, en plus d’intégrer les données provenant de sources variées, permet de générer de nouvelles connaissances afin de reconstituer l’état du territoire à chaque instant et pour chaque entité géographique considérée, et ainsi suivre leur évolution au fil du temps. Elle propose enfin une approche d'évaluation originale pour évaluer l'algorithme de peuplement proposé, en l'absence de vérité terrain.
